We source our ingredients from the highest quality sources from around the world, so we have a combination of local and international sources based on the best location for the ingredients. And, our products are manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registered facility in Maharashtra, India - with credible and independent validation conducted with third-party testing organizations.

Each formula goes through four rounds of testing—from raw material screening to third-party validation to final stability checks. That means what’s on the label is exactly what’s in the bottle.

Some are food-based. Others are lab-developed but bioidentical. Either way, every ingredient is clean, safe, and effective—and used in forms your body can actually absorb.

P.s. Chemical-free is a marketing myth. Water is a chemical compound.

Glow is a carefully formulated, minimalist supplement designed to support skin health—by evening skin tone and reducing pigmentation and inflammation. Each ingredient is backed by science and included with intention.

Carotenoids and glutathione have been widely prescribed in dermatology. But pigmented carotenoids can tint the skin, and oral glutathione isn't reliably absorbed where it matters. Glow uses Pearl Tomato®, a unique source of colorless carotenoids that delivers all the benefits—without discoloration. Dermatologist-recommended, clinically validated, and consciously minimal. Works on pigmentation from within.

We recommend taking one capsule daily with water, after a meal—morning or evening, as per your routine.

Yes! Glow is designed for daily use and is most effective when taken consistently over time.

Skin changes take time. Most people begin to notice improvements in clarity and brightness within 8–12 weeks of regular use. But even before you see results, the ingredients are working at a cellular level.

Glow is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not recommend it for children.

It's not required, but taking Glow with food can help improve absorption and is generally gentler on the stomach.

Glow has no known interactions or contraindications on this publication date. The ingredients used are classified as dietary supplements & are within the RDA limits recommended by ICMR.

As a best practice, pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before consuming this product.

Reactions are extremely rare, but if you suspect one, stop use immediately and consult your doctor.

We do not recommend stopping any prescribed medication without the guidance of your healthcare provider. Supplements can support your health—but they are not substitutes for medical treatment.

Glow is best used within 18 months of the manufacturing date. The expiration date is printed on the package.

We don’t recommend using a product after its expiration date. We conduct stability testing on our products, which ensures the potency of every ingredient at the product’s expiration date. Because of our stability testing program, we can guarantee that its products meet 100 percent of the product's label claims up to the time of expiration. Although we don’t recommend using a product after its expiration date, it certainly won't harm you, if you do use it. It doesn't mean the product has "gone bad" – it just means one or more of the ingredients might be at less than 100 percent potency.

Keep the bottle sealed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Avoid transferring capsules to other containers.

We don’t advise it. The capsule is designed to protect ingredient integrity and support proper absorption.

Our products are developed for targeted skin health and are often recommended by dermatologists. That said, if you haven’t been referred, you can still request access—we’ll guide you through it.

You don't need an account to browse through our website, but once you place your first order, we’ll automatically set one up for you. This helps you easily manage orders, tracking, and future checkouts - without any extra steps.

We accept most major options: UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. We unfortunately do not accept checks, bitcoin, cash or or hugs, currently - but never say never!

Yes. All orders to serviceable locations in India ship free.

We currently ship across India. However, if your pin code is unserviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout.

We don't ship internationally, yet, but we will someday!

Orders are dispatched within 4–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way. Learn more.

We don’t offer express shipping at the moment, but if it’s time-sensitive, drop us an email and we’ll do what we can.

First, we recommend making sure that the browser you're using is up-to-date (usually Chrome or Firefox work well). If it is, we recommend checking out in incognito mode using a different window.

Alternatively, make sure that your billing information is up-to-date, that you have sufficient funds, and that your bank has approved the transaction.

Another possibility is that our system is unable to recognize the shipping address and therefore unable to process the transaction. If you'd like us to double-check, let us know your shipping address and we'll run it through our validation system.

This could be due to payment authorization attempts. They typically resolve within a few business days. If anything looks off, we’re happy to investigate.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after you sign up for your subscription, and a shipping confirmation email each month when your order is ready to ship. You may view all of this information in your account

We process orders quickly, so cancellations aren’t always possible once it’s in motion. But if something’s gone wrong or changed, please write to us at care@theprimarywellness.com - we’ll do our best to help.

Sorry about that! Tracking can lag behind real-time updates. If nothing’s changed for 72+ hours, send us a note—we’ll check in with the carrier for you.

We get it—this can be frustrating. First, check with neighbours, building staff, or your delivery agent. If it’s still missing after a day or two, let us know and we’ll work with the courier to locate or replace your order.

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery—but only for specific reasons like damage, missing items, or incorrect orders. All products must be unused and in original packaging.

You may be asked to ship the product back to us. Once received and verified, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days once your return is approved.
